GAME Instructions

 

First, call or e-mail any one of our GAME facilitators. They will make the confirmation process very easy for you.

 

Second, once you've received confirmation, you will receive a shipping label with your unique-confirmation code. Novell must receive your trade metal by July 1, 2011. From July 5, 2011 through July 15, 2011, Novell will open, weigh, and assay all the packages received from participating retailers. Your confidential preliminary results will be posted on our B2B portal by July 15, 2011. We will also e-mail and call you, to discuss your preliminary result. If you have any questions or decide to withdraw from the GAME, you must speak with a facilitator by July 18, 2011. Otherwise, acceptance is understood. The preliminary results will be set as of 12:01 a.m., July 19, 2011. Then, metals will be mixed together and bulk sold to the refinery on July 22, 2011 (GAMEday), at the 2nd London fix (GAMEtime). At that time, all final values will be determined. In fairness to all, deadlines are final.

 

Finally, Novell should receive platinum from the refinery in July, so the Studio Platinum packages will begin shipping the week of September 22, 2011. Quality of product is our first priority, so if we need to adjust the delivery date to supply a better product, we will notify all participants at least one week in advance. Likewise, if the product packages will be ready to ship earlier, we will notify participants at least one week in advance.

If your store applies and qualifies to participate in the Great American Metal Exchange, you will be notified with a personal-confirmation number. If you already have a Novell B2B login name and password, you will now see an active GAME icon when you log on to our B2B site. If you do not have a login and password, an account will be set up for you. Go to the GAME icon to keep track of your GAME information. We will also send you a confirmation package. Once you have received the confirmation package, you can proceed to send your trade metal to Novell with the supplied shipping label. Remember, the deadline for receipt of metal is June 10, 2011, so even stores that have confirmation numbers will be disqualified if they miss the deadline.
